Join me for a 90-minute small group breathwork experience at my home studio. Through guided breathing and music, you’ll have space to get out of your head, connect with your body, and explore what you’re feeling.

We’ll begin by settling in and setting an intention, move into a guided breathwork journey, and finish with quiet rest and time to integrate.

Whether you’re coming to release tension, find clarity, or simply try something new, you’re welcome to come as you are. You’ll be guided throughout and encouraged to move at your own pace.

Location: My home studio in West Babylon. The exact address will be included on your ticket after booking.

$25 per person. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
