Join me for 90 minutes of guided breathwork, music, and connection in an intimate group setting at my home studio.

We’ll take time to arrive, check in, and set an intention before moving into a breathwork journey. Afterward, there will be space to rest, reflect, and ease into the rest of your evening.

An invitation to put down what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and begin your weekend with more room to breathe.

No previous breathwork experience needed—you’ll be guided throughout and encouraged to follow your own pace.
