Rise & Reset

Before the weekend gets busy, take a morning to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself.

This 90-minute small group experience at my home studio brings together guided breathwork, music, and quiet integration.

We’ll begin by grounding and setting an intention, then move into a guided breathing journey with space to notice what comes up. We’ll close with rest and reflection so you can ease back into your day.

Come with an intention or simply a little curiosity. There’s nothing you need to achieve—just an opportunity to listen to yourself and explore the experience at your own pace.

No previous breathwork experience needed.

Location: My home studio in West Babylon. The exact address will be included on your ticket after booking.
